As earlier this week WHO has declared COVID-19 as a pandemic, a set of prevention has been suggested in order to mitigate the impacts of the novel coronavirus, including social distancing. This will ultimately change how we will work. Traditional positions that are office-based, companies like Google, Twitter, and Amazon ask employees to work from home, publicly funded schools in Ontario will be closed down for two weeks in addition to a week of March Break starting next week. With the limitation of leaving the house, deliveries are even more important and the home-based workers will benefit from the use of safe parcel lockers and smart delivery solutions.
